vertically integrated production facility

From high-grade polypropylene resin to finished product, the manufacturing process at Cesur is fully integrated. Virtually all phases of the production cycle at Cesur plants are heavily automated. Computer-controlled extruders, looms and coating lines are used, and the latest technologies are applied at all stages in the production, from extrusion to conversion.

In its vertically integrated production facility, raw material polypropylene is extruded and turned into PP yarns during the initial stages of production. All the components used in the extrusion process are compliant to food contact regulations. With the highest standard machinery, the PP yarn is turned to high quality fabric, both flat and circular woven. The fabric is then coated according to customers' needs. Depending on the technical requirements, all components are converted into finished products. Because of the variety of sizes, designs and options possible for the final product, they are sewn to meet a specific order.

With 35.000m2 production facility and skilled and well trained staff of over 1.400 employees, Cesur intends to continue providing the very latest and best technological developments to its customers.
