Expansion of Sales Network and New Sales Strategies

Cesur’s corporate strategy for Europe has now been completed with regard to its direct sales offices. Both Cesur UK and Cesur France continue to exceed its business to business targets, and to further support their growth in Europe, Cesur has taken yet another monumental step within the German market by becoming a share holder of Technopac GMBH (www.technopac.de), which was its largest distributor in 2008. With these three strategic offices now in place, Cesur will be able to offer further support to not only its customers, but also its network of key European Distributors.
An agreement between Ms. Hildegard Röwemeier, Managing Director of Technopac and the Cesur Corporation has now been reached, which involves transferring the majority shareholding of the company over an agreed period of time. Cesur is also proud to announce that Ms Röwemeier has agreed to continue to stay as a shareholder and Director of the company, on an ongoing basis.
As the FIBC market place demands changes to suit the world economy, Cesur has also had to adapt with regard to some of its own business interests, for example in the far east, enabling it to sustain its competitiveness in certain business markets, by opening a new and exciting joint venture company with an Indian production facility. Rather than just utilize the extra production capabilities of a 3rd party, like many of its current competitors do, Cesur has established a purchasing office in India, close to the production facility, which constantly checks and monitors the quality control of all products produced. These controls also cover the Trans global shipments ensuring that customer timescales are always met in line with their requirements.
Cesur also plans to increase its sales in the USA. Although the company has been supplying its products to the US market for more than 15 years, Europe has always been its main stay market. With this in mind, and to offer a more local service and warehousing opportunity to it’s customers in the USA, Cesur has decided to use the facilities of it’s joint venture company, International Dunnage Co. based in Savannah GA.
